DIS-EASE

The tricky part about Autoimmune Dis-Ease is that it’s often subtle, hard to pinpoint, and/or easily mistaken for more common ailments like a viral infection, depression or general stress. Because of this, it can be very difficult to get a proper diagnosis, or even to be taken seriously, and so many people living with Autoimmune Dis-Ease's can go on without any idea. Luckily, they’re not fatal, but if left unmanaged without Well-Body Maintenance, they can escalate severely.

As you age, your heart & blood vessels work harder to pump & receive blood. Your arteries may weaken & become less elastic, making them more susceptible to plaque buildup. This can then trigger a blood clot if not prevented. Although atherosclerosis is often considered a heart problem, it can affect the arteries & joint anywhere in your body. Thankfully, these symptoms can all be treated through diet & lifestyle. With the help of a skilled practitioner, who has a strong understanding of the symptoms, we can relieve the body through the teaching of Recede Movement Techniques. Recede Movement Therapy developed in direct response to these symptoms, and this is foundational to Shakata Boom’s core principle of providing the solution, helping our bodies stretch, stimulate and strengthen!
